As a part of Nike‘s celebration of the NBA‘s 75th Anniversary, the footwear brand is paying homage to the legendary franchise of the New York Knicks with a pair of retro Blazer Mid.
The NBA x Nike Blazer Mid ‘77 EMB “Knicks” comes in a white, orange, blue void and sail color blocking scheme, reminiscent of the team’s iconic hues. The tongue is dressed in blue and contrasts the orange seen on the inner uppers of the shoe and on the Swoosh on the outer panel. The tongue labels feature a nod to the celebration with the Diamond Anniversary label stitched on the top and diamond-etched lace dubraes. The NBA logos are also present on the heels. The shoes are expected to arrive in limited-edition co-branded packaging.
The Nike Blazer Mid ‘77 EMB “Knicks” are set to release in the following weeks for a retail price of $100 USD. Look out for these online at Nike.
