Following their 2019 “The Inside Out” and “Half & Half” collections, Levi’s and BEAMS took to Instagram to announce their third collaborative collection — “Super Wide.”
True to the name, the new line reinterprets Levi’s “501® XX” denim jeans known as the “first model” from the 1950s, the “LOT 506XX” denim jacket, and T-shirts with wide silhouettes. Further emphasizing the “wide” concept are the stretched patches adorning the denim pants and jacket and the back of the T-shirt.
Priced at ¥5,280 JPY (approximately $45 USD) to ¥34,100 JPY (approximately $295 USD), the Levi’s x BEAMS Super Wide collection will be on sale at select BEAMS and Levi’s retail locations in Japan from January 2 and January 6, 2022, and on BEAMS’ official online store and dealers nationwide from January 8; the indigo color is limited to BEAMS.
