Streetwear retailer KITH has unveiled a curated selection of sneakers from Chinese sports brand Li-Ning’s Spring/Summer 2020 collection. Inspired by ping-pong, the styles are rendered in summer-ready pastel shades.
The 001, Li-Ning’s first ever sneaker, is reissued for the brand’s 30th anniversary. A dusty pink suede upper is accented with lavender and green paneling while a white midsole is striped with yellow, green and pink. The Sun Chaser is a bulkier style that features a chunky layered midsole and white mesh-patent leather upper. 3-D heel bumpers add a pop of bubblegum pink to the shoe.

Li-Ning’s continued efforts to crack into the sartorial game took a big leap forward at Paris Fashion Week as the Chinese brand debuted its AW20 offerings at their runway show inside the renowned Centre Pompidou. Already building some edgy steam with their unconventional trail-inspired footwear designs, Li-Ning approaches 2020, its 30th Anniversary, with the help of Jackie Chan, the global action star and martial artist who has amassed droves of fans for decades.
