On the contrary, the past few months have seen the singer barely pause for breath. Between promoting the record through virtual appearances and performances, prepping her follow-up remix album Club Future Nostalgia (released tomorrow), and her non-stop carousel of showstopping looks on Instagram, it’s safe to say it’s been the summer of Dua.
Her latest fashion moment came yesterday with a post of the singer in Los Angeles wearing an oversized lime green blazer, a stretch mesh polo shirt in a plaid print, and a pair of jean shorts with frayed hems undone at the waist. (Oh, and a teeny tiny handbag in a perfectly matching shade of green too.) We know that Lipa is prone to swapping her most beloved pieces with her boyfriend Anwar Hadid, and that she’s a fully paid-up fan of the boyfriend jean. Does her oversized men’s jacket indicate that she’s now making the case for the boyfriend blazer too? It wouldn’t be the first trend she’s set—and it likely won’t be the last, either.
