French label Carne Bollente has partnered with Amsterdam-based eyewear brand Ace & Tate for a capsule of sunglasses dubbed the “Summer of Love” pack. The capsule features two frames, each of which arrives in an exclusive colorway and features subtle details inspired by Carne Bollente’s sex positive message and aesthetic.
For the Tommasso — which comes in a black colorway — the two labels have added exclusive pink lenses to create a “rose tinted view of the world.” The lenses sit alongside ’90s-inspired square lines, while a Carne Bollente signature also features on the frame. The second frame in the pack is the Perla, an oversized shape that comes in a “Cashew” colorway and sports tinted lenses.
Both the Perla and the Tommasso frame will release alongside a specially-designed beach towel, tote bag and cap, all of which feature the illustrations from the capsule, while the towel also implores you to “Change Your Vision!”

The “Summer of Love” capsule will release at select Ace & Tate stores in Amsterdam, London, Berlin and Brussels on July 8.
