It all started with a Rihanna’s video in 2018. It was the first time this type of videos produced by Vogue went viral, and now it became a fixed content. The singer gave tips on how she uses contour to make her forehead and double chin look smaller. “I learned how to contour when I gain weight. Believe it or not, that is when it comes in,’ she says in the video. Rihanna also explains she makes a triangle with the contour under the skin to make her neck look longer.
Although it went viral, and many people in the comments could relate to Rihanna, as few Black celebrities have made videos so far.
