Fashion tends to have a way of sparking many conversations as it doesn’t always make sense. If any brand knows how to strike up some attention, it’s Japan-based imprint doublet who is oft-seen cooking up some of the most wildly styled garments. And that energy is being put forth into its newest collaboration with Suicoke as both parties have joined hands on a sheep-inspired slipper collection.
The footwear offerings were first spotted out in doublet’s Fall/Winter 2021 runway show and is inclusive of two colorways. Both of the slipper options are lined with faux wool to playfully depict the aesthetic of a sheep and also provide wearers with a warm and cozy feel. Fluffy ears stick out towards the forefoot while the toe box panels are furnished with black eye beads and a black nose that is stitched onto the front. The first iteration is a mostly white installment and comes color-blocked with a gray toe box while the second iteration is dressed with the full-black theme.
These are available right now to buy via Suicoke and select doublet retailers for $283 USD a pop. Unisex sizes run from 4-13.
